User Experience (UX) covers every aspect of how a visitor feels when interacting with your website. In the high-stress environment of searching for care, "Good UX" is synonymous with empathy and clarity. It’s about ensuring that a family can find the information they need—pricing, ratings, facilities—in seconds, not minutes.
Google monitors how users interact with your site (such as how long they stay and whether they immediately return to the search results) to determine your quality. A site with poor UX will eventually lose its rankings. We focus on "frictionless" journeys, making it as easy as possible for a user to move from their first click to a booked visit.
